I loved the security of this property. No one could get in without a key into the entrance and you have to use your room key in order to use the elevators. Breakfast was good and walking distance to multiple places!

Nasty in New Orleans.

The sofa bed in our room had BEDBUGS!!!!!!! how unsanitary & utterly disgusting!!!!! there was a used condom wrapper on the floor behind it, even more appalling. The staff was rude & not helpful at all! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!

We were stuck in our hotel due to a rainstorm and missed housekeeping. They came the next day and cleaned the room. Also, we ran out of shower gel, notified the front desk, and they refilled it ASAP.

One female staff had a bad attitude and wasn’t helpful. A random guy was walking the hallways. opened my room door while me and my daughter was laying in bed. Staff didn’t come check the hallways after we notified them. The elevator was so far from the rooms. I will never stay again and I will be calling cooperate.

Location was ideal, within walking distance of the French Quarter while not being in the heart of the district. There is also a bus stop nearby for longer excursions. Staff was accommodating and friendly.
