The property was excellently maintained, although some aspects were a little shabby. This included the bedding, which was very worn out. The check in process was exceedingly slow due to only one person checking people in at check in time which was after four on Monday. Although the staff person was proficient and friendly and very helpful, it does take a certain amount of time to check people in. The line got very long and backed outside the door. I think that it would be helpful if you had more than one staff person at the check-in time to help with the overflow.

Needs major updating and renovations.

We stayed here due to leaving on a cruise. The hotel needs some major updating. The blinds in our room were electric and broken, every single one was broken off the track. It was close to the action, but for the price it was not worth it. For being a “Hilton” brand hotel I was very disappointed!

Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. We didn't even use the pool, its 4 ft deep and tiny would've been better if it was a hot tub, especially after all that walking.

I don’t like that even as a guest you have to pay for parking. That aside, the location is in great walking distance from bourbon street, food, and other venues. Dan was a wonderful concierge with helpful suggestions and with our tour accommodations. Michele was very helpful with airport transportation suggestions. The rest of the staff was very friendly and the tour pickups are conveniently right in front of the building. Breakfast had nice options for everyone but I wish they had a waffle station. But the other options were fresh. The room was clean and the kitchen area was perfect. A full size fridge was even better because all the leftovers from eating would not fit in a mini fridge Lol. The bathroom sink could use more pressure and the heat needed to be really high to maintain the heat. Overall still a good room. Housekeeping only comes every other day.

As a frequent traveler, I’ve never stayed at a property that didn’t make the beds! Not only wasn’t the room clean the linens were dirty! I wouldn’t stay at the property in the future!
