This room really needs some TLC. Needs a shower water barrier to keep bathroom floor safe. Needs new shades, they are tearing and difficult to use. Sheets on one bed had an open hand size hole in it. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. We got off a cruise before the 4 pm check in time. They held our luggage for us. So we could go see other things in New Orleans while they got our rooms ready. Rooms and lobby very clean. Breakfast was delicious

Very clean room and friendly staff. Wasn’t sure when I read previous comments online but I am very pleased with our stay. Would definitely book the same hotel on future visit.
