Easy commute to anywhere in New York city. Near 2 & 3 trains. Private space with own bathroom and kitchen. Accommodates 5 adults and a small child or teenager comfortably. Outfitted with 2 real beds as well as a IKEA futon sofa bed. The building and private space is very clean.
