For the price, I can't complain. It is very cheap compared to other hotels near the area. The location is excellent, in the centre of Manhattan, close to Times Square, Madison Square Garden. Our room had a kitchen, plates, glasses, pots and a small fridge. What I didn't like was the treatment received from the receptionist. She was an african american woman who was very rude when I first arrived to ask about the price. Other than that everything was okay.

There was enough space for all five of us to sleep but it was very cold with the window just being cardboarded closed. The blankets were not sufficient to keep us cozy all night, nor were they quite big enough for two to sleep in the queen beds comfortably and still have coverage. Apart from that the location was perfect, check in and check out were easy and I would stay again in warmer months.

Staff very disrespectful and not welcoming. Heard some racist comments toward other tenants from receptionist. House keeper very disrespectful and walked in while my mother was taking a shower and it was a man. Knowing that my mom says many times that she was naked. I would like to escalate this and would like a representative to contact me. Check in time provided was wrong and they made me wait. They gave me the wrong room different from what i selected and had to move my stuff around. Very disatisfied. Price were different from what said and was over charged. This is insane. No smiling nothing frkm the receptionists. Yall horrible

If this property had a motto, it would be, "We loathe our guests, and it shows!" We got there a half hour before check in, and were told, "Check in is EXACTLY at 4." OK, I guess. We waited the prescribed half hour to find out reservation was missing, so we had to wait a half hour more while they fixed it. Then told they needed a cash deposit in case we trashed something, and more dollars in cash, because, reasons. At this point I do not know whether I will get the deposit back, and other reviewers have said they had to work hard to get their money. The waiting area had seats that made bus stations look welcoming by comparison. The vending machines were broken. No wifi, but a sign saying it was "for sell" from reception. Another sign saying guests cannot have guests or meetings. In the room, a sign on the microwave saying "No metal! (big) fine for damage!" NO WASTEBASKET in the room. If you look hard enough in the hall, you can find the sign that says, "To the Garbage Room." I don't mind a shared bathroom, but I mind THIS one. Not enough stalls. The shower is one of those things where you can only control it once IN the shower, so you have to stand there until the water warms up. And there is no place to put your clothing or shoes. Nice location. Nice kitchenette. The room was clean. Noisy, though, the walls must have been made cheaply. Never again.

Contenia una litera de tres pisos (matress full menos la del medio era twin) el baño estaba sucio y no habia limpieza diaria. There was nothing “wrong” with this property, it is simply a more affordable option in New York. You can walk to most of the tourist attractions easily from this location. The hotel entrance is hidden in the middle of multiple buildings, so carefully follow gps. In general, the hotel is clean. It is somewhat difficult to navigate to your room, so carefully follow the wall directions. The hallways had a very strong odor of food and spices…that was not pleasant. Thankfully, the smell did not drift into our room. The rooms are simple; really ideal for a quick stay. Nothing fancy and the amenities are very basic. The beds were ok; I’ve definitely slept on worse! The bedding smelled clean and fresh, and the pillows were decent. The front counter staff was very kind. He was happy to answer questions and gave good directions.

Great location, very close to everything in midtown Manhattan and to transportation to anywhere you want to go. The room is very small and the shared bathroom is pretty inconvenient. I don't mind sharing the bathroom but the showers configuration makes it very uncomfortable

Room looked big in the pictures but very congested actually, they fitted the bunk bed just to make it for 6 people but the room was way smaller and smelly. No exhaust fire alarm goes off if you cook something. No extra garbage bags, no extra blankets. We stayed there for 3 nights with family and young kids. No breakfast even no parking. Do not recommend for family.

This reservation was made in error and I immediately contacted Hotel.com after receiving their confirmation email. They told me the hotel was not responding, and I had to call back the next day to request my refund. The hotel refused to make any accommodation and stole my money. Hotel.com told me they have a 24-hour cancelation policy, but the hotel refused their policy, and I should call my bank to get my money back from them. This is a total scam.

The worse experience ever. Heater did it work, room was dirty, bedsheets were dirty and dusty and when you ask for them to change them they hang up on you or worse. It looks a lot like a scam, DO NOT STAY if dont want to gain a rash and a bad experience.
