Only there for one night - convenient location for an evening at the Beacon Theater and excellent dinner nearby. Compliment morning coffee and pastry were nice. BUT - 2 of 4 elevators weren’t working creating long waits for every ride…unfortunate!!

It was a fine stay. The workout room was kinda small and I was disappointed about the lack of a gold member upgrade (while they tried to sell me an upgrade). Again it was fine but it wasn’t that nice of a hotel

Good location, walkable to many places including Central Park. Bad timing as the hotel is undergoing some construction and it was very loud all morning everyday we stayed, couldn’t even have the curtains open as the workers could see into the room.

On the whole had a lovely stay and staff was accommodating but they closed the free breakfast early on multiple days of our stay. We also picked this hotel partially for its ability to cast on the smart TV and that capability was non-functional for our entire stay (even after asking for engineering to help fix the issue) which was frustrating. Everything else was great and the bed was comfortable, room was clean, and neighborhood was nice and safe.

Good location

The location was perfect for us to attend a concert at the Beacon Theatre and also to walk across the park for an exhibit at the Met. The room was comfortable with basic amenities, bathroom a bit small for two but we made it work. We had a deluxe King overlooking Broadway. Amazingly quiet for such a busy location. I might stay again if I’m in that area
