The location of the hotel was very good, the staff approach was also very good, an institutional structure, which I can evaluate as a negative, the cleaning was not done very carefully, the console was to leave dust on the nightstand. There was no water in the rooms, but we had the right to buy 15 dollars of water every day, it was nice, other than that, we were quite satisfied.

In room there were no glasses. 3 Flimsy plastic cup were placed in the bathroom on the first day and then never put the new cups during our stay there for 4 nights. Carpet were not clean as i would expect in Hyatt. Bathroom flush are very loud and could wake up anyone sleeping in the room. Breakfast menu was very average but service was ok. The cashier in the “Market” place who was there all 4 days was very rude and without any smile to all the customers.

Location was great, the rooms have no water, no basic amenities like cotton swabs, cotton pads etc.., no room service, no free storage for the bags, each bag you have to pay for them to keep a couple of hours. The bed was comfortable

We had to change rooms because there were bugs in our room. We were sent to another room that was smaller and on a completelydifferent floor. No concession was offered for the inconvenience of having repack our belongings and move to the other room. The new room didn’t have towelsso we had to wait on those to be beought up. Overall bad experience.

The hotel was great. You can tell that it is not a brand new hotel, but it was super nice. Considering it is in downtown, the room was spacious. The bathroom is a bit cramped, but overall, I loved it. Guest services was awesome. I will stay again.
