The property is centrally locally with excellent transportation options. However, the room provided using Expedia had a window looking into a light shaft. And forget a Do Not Disturb sign that was no where to be found.

my stay was great. the place was super clean, very welcoming. Much better than I expected. near everything. The location is perfect being connected to grand central. The fees however are pretty expensive and it was not a friendly checking in experience. I felt like I was being yelled at for a miscommunication and it really killed my excitement I felt on the first day of my vacation. As for the room the closet for some reason had water coming from the ceiling at night. It got fixed for a second but then started up again towards the end. Other than that the room was clean and nice.
