I mostly stay at Hyatts cause I am a reward member and this one was very nice as far as aesthetics. The lobby area was gorgeous, it definitely had a luxury feel and the room was as comfy as I know a Hyatt to be so it felt like the best of both worlds. 3 reasons why I am not giving it 5 stars... this was the first time I encountered no ability to use my apps on the TV, I could only watch the cable available... unless I was doing something wrong. There were no washclothes... I didn't ask for any so not sure if they would've provided if so, but I am accustomed to them just being there with all the towels, and there was no tea/coffee maker. Other than that, staff was nice, heater worked, and room was spotless. Definitely staying here again.

Love the place , but at checking this person try to upgrade me to $200 dollars extra per night and I kindly decline because it was only 2 nights and I saw how he’s attitude changed towards me but it is New York that I was there to for my daughter 15 she wanted to stay close to Times Square, that is the only reason why I didn’t request to speak to manager 😡 got to the room he game us smallest on ugliest room I was so upset, ugh! We just needed a room to sleep we stayed out all day, but let me tell you who made the stay great and fun Pete The Doorman such a nice person. THANK YOU PETE

This hotel is officially my first pick whenever I visit New York now. The hotel was so convenient to everything. It was clean, easy check-in, friendly and professional staff. The room was a good size for me. The connection to Grand Central Station and shops was amazing. You are able to walk to everything. I love this hotel and will definitely be back!! 10/10 for me ❤️
