The hotel did not have the room we booked and it took negotiating just to get a rollaway. The hotel has 46 floors and only 1 out of 4 elevators consistently worked and it had the emergency phone ringing in for hours. One other elevator sporadically worked and the remaining 2 were never operational during our 3 day stay.

Hotel has been newly renovated, just opened, we were not advised the amenities that we booked the hotel for were not available at this time, including food service. Had to leave the hotel twice a day just to get coffee. No machines in rooms, or anywhere in hotel.

Missing Room from Hyatt Regency Times Square Reser

Subject: Urgent: Missing Room from Hyatt Regency Times Square Reservation - 73180321773292 Dear Hotels.com Customer Service, I am writing to report a significant issue with my recent reservation at the Hyatt Regency Times Square occurred today, July 25th. My booking, confirmed through Hotels.com, was for two rooms at the Hyatt Regency Times Square for July 25th to July 27th under booking reference number 73180321773292. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that the hotel only had a record of a single room reservation under my name. To resolve this situation and ensure my travel party had appropriate accommodation, I was forced to pay directly to the hotel for a second room for two nights. This additional charge was unexpected and entirely due to an error in the reservation process through Hotels.com. I kindly request a full refund for the cost of one room for two nights that I had to pay directly to the Hyatt Regency Times Square.
