Every staff member we interacted with was very nice and friendly. The location was close to grand central station which was perfect! The hotel room was clean and as expected. Conveniently located to Grand Central and the bus. Can also access Penn Station via a brief 25 Minute walk. The price was a bit steep but definitely a good option and would stay there again due to the easy access and location. The “to-go breakfast for someone on the run was great!
