It was OK, but “free” breakfast was subpar so we went out to eat at a restaurant two out of the three days, and I should not have been charged for a refrigerator in the room… That’s unheard of and ridiculous

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast good. The only issue we had is with the satellite tv reception. Every several minutes the television would freeze and then restart a few minutes later. This occured every day during our stay...

upon checking in, I I was double booked in a room with a guest who was already there. I went back down I was offered points, which I don’t think was fair and two extra bottle of water. I was then called back down because I wasn’t properly checked in and I needed to rerun my card. We were given a room, but not for the city view that I had paid extra for. breakfast was OK food was cold. Would I stay again maybe

Excellent staff. Regular room cleans. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. 5 minutes from Grand Central. Large room (we had two double beds) plenty of room. Rooms dated and a bit tired but absolutely fine. The hotel is in the middle of a rejuvenation 👍
