During my recent 3-day stay, the hotel was noticeably busy, yet the overall experience remained positive. Although the property is older and shows some signs of age in its décor and fixtures, the staff’s professionalism and courtesy made a significant difference in ensuring a comfortable stay.
Despite the high occupancy, cleanliness was well maintained. The lobby and common areas were regularly maintained, despite the steady flow of guests. My room was clean upon arrival, with fresh linens and neatly arranged amenities. While some furnishings reflected the hotel’s age, everything was orderly and hygienic.
The most impressive aspect of the stay was the courteous and hardworking staff. Given how busy the hotel was, the team handled the pressure with patience and professionalism. The front desk staff remained polite and efficient during check-in and check-out, even when lines formed. They answered questions clearly and did their best to accommodate requests. Throughout the hotel, staff members were friendly, respectful, and approachable, which created a welcoming atmosphere despite the crowds.
While the building itself could benefit from some modernization, the attentive service and consistent cleanliness helped offset the limitations of an older property. Overall, the experience demonstrated that strong customer service and staff dedication can make a meaningful impact, even in a busy, aging hotel environment.
