This hotel was very bad in many different ways. First of all the elevator didn’t work. Then when arriving to the room, the doors didn’t lock and there were holes in the door and in the walls. The place was very dirty and the staff was not friendly at all. The photos of the rooms are not at all accurate. We had to leave the property and we have had a terrible experience with the hotel and Expedia. Would never book again.

The elevator was out and people were waiting for 30 minutes. Seems unsafe. Also several things like wall paper, trim, were very poor condition. Only one bathroom for everyone eating breakfast and it was out of order.

The location of this property to Broadway is PERFECT! We easily walked to both theaters. (Just In Time and Hell’s Kitchen are two spectacular shows that we highly recommend.) Every single staff member—from the front desk workers to the housekeepers to the breakfast workers to the elevator operators—were professional and friendly. Staff was nice. The elevator didn’t work the entire week we were there Our hotel door security somehow locked us out of our room. after notifying crew and upon our return it was still locked. Mind you- we’re on the 11th floor with the elevator not working. I call and they say they will send someone up. After waiting 30 minutes outside my door-still nobody came to unlock it. We ended up forcing the door open -no damage- Oh and I was randomly charged $214 for no reason? I addressed the front desk and it was refunded immediately and kindly by the front desk person Sorry just very disappointed

the elevator is a disaster and really ruined the experience having to wait constantly long periods of time . they either need to have less floors and guests or more elevators. on the pluses the location is great and staff was doing their best to be helpful.

My stay was good i just didnt like area outside of hotel but thats everywhere in new york in that section. Also some staff didnt understand english and couldnt respond to questions when asked,but over all my stay was good. Room was clean and quiet.
