We booked the standard suite and were rebooked to the junior suite with no advance notice. The rebooked room was nowhere near big enough for our group, and the property was completely unresponsive when we called or messaged for appropriate accommodations.

The room is nothing like the pictures; it's a complete scam. The neighborhood is very noisy at night, making it impossible to sleep. The heater doesn't heat the entire area, and the windows don't close properly, letting in all the wind. If you like to sleep well and comfortably, this is not the place for you. They advertised two bathrooms, but there was only one, which was incredibly inconvenient since there were four of us. We had to take turns to get ready on time. I don't recommend it; I was very disappointed. I contacted the managers, but nothing was ever resolved.

Yes the kitchen was fully equipped. Suggestion: The book-in via only online should be notified prior making reservation. Because of this inconvenience, we lost one reservation day. There was not washer in unit. And, the storage with cleaning items were not available because the door was locked.

The washer smells like mold and will make your clothes smell like mold. When we got there, there were wet towels and rugs all together in the dryer. They sent me an email saying only 6 guests are allowed even though we booked a suite that, according to expedia, allows 8 people. The heater does not heat up the whole house. We were so cold. There are air conditioners in every room but they don't have heat settings. Additionally, we were there during winter and there are so much wind drafting from outside through the windows and door. The water in one of the bathrooms doesn't get hot so we all had to share one bathroom to shower in. Oh, and we got BED BUGS.

Apenas 1 dos 2 chuveiros esquenta a água, o aquecimento do apartamente é fraco e não funciona nos quartos, suspeito de bed bugs nas camas pq estamos todos com o corpo coçando e o bairro é feio, nada de mal nos aconteceu. Mas, alguns drogados e pedintes entre a estação di meteô e o apartamento.
