Our stay was amazing!! This location is perfect. The room was clean, the service staff was kind and friendly. Our flight was cancelled due to a winter storm and the front desk girls were amazing helping us out with extending our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was spectacular, the room was clean and the staff was so kind, friendly and helpful. We had a flight cancellation and had to extend our stay and the front desk personnel helped us with everything. Would definitely stay again!!

The room had no tv remote and I went to ask for one and the man at the front desk said I would have to wait until tomorrow but I was only staying for 1 night. The alternative option he gave me was to download an app to connect my phone to the tv as a remote but the tv was not on the Bluetooth in order for me to connect my phone, so I couldn’t watch tv for the duration of my stay. Also, I think all the rooms should have phones to call the front desk because I had to go down stairs from the 6th floor whenever I had any questions.

On day 2 there was no water running in the room. I assume this affected the entire hotel as I received a text (only after I had texted the hotel advising them of this issue) advising that there was no running water. In the text they offered the washroom in the lobby for guests to use. Note that the rooms do not have a phone for you to use in case you need to contact front desk or call for service. There is also no safe for guests to use if you want to store any valuables. TV has Roku but it doesn’t even work. On day 3 of our stay, we had come back to the hotel at around 3/4 am and the front desk staff advised that there is no hot water and that it should be resolved in 4 hours. When we woke up on this day around 10 am, there was still no hot water running. There was also no notice about this issue from the hotel advising guests of this issue. I tried texting the hotel and messaging the hotel through their hotel app portal and I never received a response. I had to search for the hotels phone number and phone front desk of this issue, only to be told that this issue is out of their control. The front desk also advised that there is no supervisor working on weekends so we could not even speak to a manager about this issue. Most hotels would offer some sort of credit or compensation or alternative solution considering these issues largely affected our travel plans as we could not shower and ultimately had to miss reservations that were booked well in advance because of this.

I had an amazing time at Hotel Henri! Great hotel if you’re looking for something quiet, and lowkey. It’s a perfect spot in NYC. The room was clean and the perfect size for two people. My favorite part was the staff being so kind and genuine. The bathroom was my favorite part of the room with double mirrors- perfect for getting ready for the day. The only flaw would be the shower water not being so hot and the leftover hair from the previous guest in the bathroom.

The room was in good condition but that bathroom shower floods the whole floor every single time. We had to get numerous towels for it to stop and at times, that didn’t even work. I made it aware to 2 people at the front desk and 2 housekeepers. Not sure if anything was done but oh well. The staff were really friendly and housekeeping was amazing. Room was small but nice. Walls are a bit too thin. You can hear everything. The location is very convenient. You’re close to multiple subway stations and multiple restaurants and parks.

Front desk is helpful and inviting. The room was clean and cozy and had all essentials. Others things I loved and appreciated were water dispenser in lobby, electric tea kettle, small work desk, smart tv, iron and toiletries were nice. Room is small yet very cozy and I enjoyed it. One thing that did sour my stay was I forgot my AirPods in the room and I know they were there cause I could track them on my phone. I called front desk and they were quick to help me and ask cleaning staff if they found anything but they claimed not to have found anything but I could see that they were in the building until about 4/5pm and then they have been moving about it Manhattan, and I know because I can still track them. I would have love to come back but because of this I would not be back, sadly although I did love front staff and location.

We found poop in the shower. The room was filthy. Long story short, We spoke to two staff members and the manager, and not a single apology or action was taken. We have photos to prove it. We paid for our stay, and got absolutely nothing in return. This is unacceptable. Never coming back.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to its online photos or description at all. The images are extremely misleading. Contrary to what is shown online, there is no separate shower or bathtub in any room — something that should be clearly disclosed, as it significantly impacted our stay. The room itself was very small, far smaller than expected based on the listing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any restful sleep. To make matters worse, the evening staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, which only added to an already frustrating experience. Basic courtesy and hospitality were completely lacking. Overall, this stay was a major disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel and would encourage others to look closely at reviews before booking, as the online presentation does not accurately reflect the reality.

Room wasn't the cleanest, but OK. Floors were not carpeted, so it's easy to see dirt on bare floor. This also made the room seem a bit cold. Bed was comfortable, but like seemingly all hotel pillows, these pillows leave much to be desired as they were not at all supportive. Bathroom shower head had some broken nozzles and is honestly too big. That caused water to go all over the floor when we showered, making quite a mess that we had to mop up just so we didn't track water all over the room (Room was #901). Location is excellent, with two subway stations about a block away to assist in getting places timely. The attached restaurant had great food, too. Staff were friendly and helpful. They are a very casual and easy-going group...not fancy, which is fine with me. Many of them did smell of Marijuana. It didn't seem to affect their work, but I personally find the smell off-putting. That said, the entire city stinks like weed, so the hotel staff smelling of it was par for the course. Overall, staff were friendly and helpful. Fit and polish of the facility is a little below average, but location was great and the price was very good for NYC. I would consider staying here again.

Great, attentive staff, especially Quique, the maintenance man and a couple of the cleaning ladies. The receptionist who checked me in, and who unfortunately fainted a few days later, was also very nice and helpful. The only drawbacks, were the window blinds, they were terrible at keeping the light from seeping in. Blackout curtains need to be installed! Also the bathroom lightbulbs, and the floors, were never swept /mopped, a lot of visible dirt and dust could be seen.
