Quiet, convenient, clean and excellent staff

I travel to NYC on business 5-7 times a year and often stay wherever I can get a decent room at the $225 price point. I will definitely come back to Kixby. The staff were so great. I dropped an earring down the bathroom sink. I told the front desk that if someone was available that day on staff it would be amazing if they could try to recover it, but if not I would live without the earring. I like them, but they aren’t some kind of family heirloom. The earring was on the counter when I returned to the room. The room was larger than I would expect in NYC, it was quiet, and a stone’s throw from a subway station. There’s also an addictive bakery next door. I will be back.

Our stay at the Kixby was AMAZING! We loved the location, the atmosphere and the staff were extraordinary!! The comfort of the room was above expectations - shower was amazing, bed super comfortable, so much more. The extras (gym, beverage center/office area, rooftop area and lounge) were super convenient and we used all of them. We were able to get to and from everywhere we wanted to visit with ease. Best place we have stayed in NYC! LOVED IT and will definitely come back!
