I gave the staff a 4 rating because of Morgan at check in. No other reason. Our AC wasn’t working when we got there. We were without TV access because of a “server” issue for a day and a half. We requested housekeeping once during our 6 night stay and they didn’t empty the trash, left a cleaning rag on the sink on top of my hair accessories. It should be stated clearly to anyone booking that this hotel is under renovation and doesn’t have amenities but that didn’t stop them from charging hotel fee of $40/night.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Park Ave. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. Our room was beautiful—we especially appreciated the thoughtful decor, attention to detail, and the complimentary breakfast delivered to our door each morning. I would highly recommend Hotel Park Ave and will definitely be returning!

I love the view from my hotel room. I love the quality of it. My only problem is I came during renovation so sometimes they’re a little bit of noise. My biggest issue was both elevator stopped working when I was trying to check out and I was on the 20th floor. so I had to take the stairs

They were unable to provide breakfast which was included in our booking. We were offered a yoghurt, a banana and orange juice. The carpet was coming away from the floor causing me to trip and we were then moved to another room. We were not able to sit comfortably anywhere to relax in the hotel and could not even get a fresh hot drink (they provided a thermos of coffee and hot water in the mornings only). They gave us a kettle but we then had to buy tea and milk. There was no bar. It was not like a hotel stay, it was a lot of money for just a room. The plus point was that the staff were friendly despite not being able to help us.

We loved our stay - the staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and it was walking distance to many sights and food spots. Also close to the subway, which was very handy. Would stay again!

Hotel had nothing. No bar. No restaurant. They had a lunge area with no bar. Just chairs. Lobby was just a few kiosks to check in and then an elevator. Fire alarm went off twice while I was there and was very annoying. Ohh and the phone in the room was not working so had to go downstairs to talk to anyone.
