Wonderful location. The front staff was very welcoming when checking in! We had a little issue with our air conditioner and they came in the room at 11:15pm to fix it until morning. Then replaced the part needed the next day!

Uncomfortable Temps

My room was incredibly hot. I did complain multiple times, and a fix was attempted, but eventually I just accepted it and dealt with my 78 degree F uncomfortable sleep. The lobby and hallways were also incredibly hot, when out side temps were in the 60s, low 70s. Besides that, the room was fine. Not the cleanest. The location is very convenient if you are planning on spending a lot of time in the Theater District. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
