Great Location if you want to be in walking distance from many attractions in NYC. Smaller rooms, but more than enough space. We did not get the breakfast, but they seem to have a good system for queuing. The elevators did take some time in the morning, but we were on a lower floor and just took the stairs. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

I would stay at this hotel again. Excellent location. The staff could be friendlier tho. Not sure anybody likes their job. Only problem is elevators. Not enough for getting everyone down in morning.

Visited for a short “girls trip” and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was beautiful and our room more spacious than many in NYC. Comfortable and clean. We were on 44th floor so can’t speak to noise level in lower floors but our stay was quiet. Location is great if you want to walk Time Square / Manhattan are. Never needed Uber etc except to and from the airport.

We asked for a room with two queen beds. What we didnt know is that rhe beds are pushed together like one guant bed. We asked the front desk to separate them. But they said it was a family style room. Not a huge deal. However, the elevator situation is a different story. Be prepared to wait over 30 minutes to get on an elevator, especially during breakfast hours.
