Unfortunately the only thing I really don’t like was the person next to me he was slamming the door constantly in the middle of the night. I report it to the front desk 2dsys late and finally I think they took care of the problem. Another thing they was really annoying was peoples they need to turn off the cellphone volume because many times I could hear the alarm going off at 2 am from someone next to my cabin. Everything else was great,excellent front desk attention. I would definitely will come back.

It is like a hostel but with some privacy - though you can hear anything as all pods are opened on the top. Beds is not uncomfortable but very little space in the room and if you are taller than 6 foot... good luck. Showers are good but... one toilet for man for over 20 pods? Seems little.

The facilities were kept clean. Staff was friendly. Subways were nearby. The only linens I got were a sheet. My trip was in late September so it was still pretty warm, so I was good with just the sheet. Idk if they have any other blankets for colder months. The neighborhood was chill. Decent amount of bars and restaurants/eateries nearby if you didn’t want go out to far from the hostel at night.
The inside of my cabin. The bed was actually pretty comfortable. But the only linens I got were sheets. So maybe might want to see about a blanket.

Imagine carrying your luggage up three flights of stairs to your cabin, only to find dirty sheets, extremely hot shower water, and a persistent alarm that has been set but never goes off. Luckily, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the sitting area on the female floor was peaceful and quiet.

I've stayed here a few times. Every time it got worse to the point now I can no longer even feel good about the lower cost. This last time was the final straw. I arrived at my booking, I entered the room code, there was ALREADY SOMEONE SLEEPING THERE!

First night no air conditioning- sweat through the night. Hotel refused to move me to rooms that were air conditioned. Absolute no help from staff even though there were many available rooms when I asked to be moved. Made me wait 2 hours only to dismiss me when I asked how much longer it would old to move my room. Manager on duty “Steve” said he would downgrade my room, but did not offer the room difference to be refunded. Not a good experience to say the least.

Rooms were dirty, dusty, LOUD. Says that there is a $100 noise fee but the floor was loud. Women walking back and fourth , slamming doors, talking at 2am-6am. Light kept going on and off in The room. NOONE at the front desk when you needed them. Terrible 0/10
