Fantastic place to stay. Absolutely safe, clean, staff are friendly and helpful and if you get a superior room it has wonderful light. However, don't use the online check in via charter club app, it checked me into a standard room instead of the Superior room which I booked, and there's a big difference with light! Luckily, front desk was very helpful in checking me in correctly to a Superior room, which I highly recommend. The restaurant One 40 is wonderful. The bartender was a bit stressed while I was eating at the bar, but mainly because they had just opened. Overall, a really wonderful experience staying here. Highly recommend!

Really liked what I got for the price. Unfortunately was facing a brick wall but I’m sure that’s my doing. Staff and nice and I got a room upgrade when I arrived which was great!

The stay was good. I upgraded to a room on 17th floor for $50 a night. They allowed me to keep my bags at the reception before the check in time and had access to rest room and coffee. The lady initially said my bags will be sent to my room but later changed the stance saying I need to find the person and carry the bags myself. Not a big deal but I appreciate people who stand by what they say. The area is good with easy access to subway station. My total for 2 nights was 580 with upgrade and 470 without upgrade.

This hotel has the best team of staff I've ever met of all the hotels around the country I've stayed. I really enjoyed seeing the smiles on their faces every single day. This was incredible. The only thing that did not work for us, was the quality of the bedding/pillows that were below standard. Also, there was literally no soundproof at all, we were bothered by the people in the next room multiple nights during our stay. We had to be forced using earplugs, with more than $300/night, this was really terrible. Similarly, the doors for each room were too close, I stayed in room 504, which is in the middle of two rooms, every time people get in and out, created large noise when closing the doors, including in the middle of the night. We had zero quality sleep.
