This is our new favorite hotel in NYC. The room was spotless, quiet, and simply a higher standard than other hotels we've stayed in throughout NYC. We did get room service and the food was excellent as well. And then Eddie, the concierge, was always on the spot and welcoming. Would highly recommend staying here.

We travel constantly and love staying in the city. This turned out to be the best hotel experience we have had in 15 years of travel to NYC. The service was exceptional. We would like to call out Eddie who runs the front door and valet. Couldn’t have been more helpful and caring’s. But here’s where they went next level- we were attending a black tie fundraiser at Ciprianis and I couldn’t find my cufflinks. Hotel provided me with a pair and saved what turned out to be an amazing evening. We will return and this is our go to from now on.

Just outstanding service from top to bottom!!! Everyone treated us like family. My own complaint is that we were there over the weekend and plan to take Family up to the rooftop deck on Saturday evening only to find out that there was a wedding reception and it was closed. That would’ve been good information to have prior!

I absolutely loved my stay at The Wall Street Hotel. The property itself is stunning and beautifully maintained. My room was spacious, with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, and the bathroom was spotless. Everything felt clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and attentive, which really made the experience even better. The location couldn’t be more convenient, just a two-minute walk from Wall Street station and right in the heart of the Financial District with plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I enjoyed every second of my stay and will definitely be returning on my next trip to New York. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly.
