The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The Hotel was clean and quiet. Literally about a five minute walk to Clifton Hill attractions about 12 minute walk to the falls. Parking lot was on property. Would recommend when staying in Niagara falls.

When I booked, it said continental breakfast was free. When I arrived in the morning breakfast was $15 for adults and $10 for children. Many other cames for breakfast thinking it was free and it wasn't. I wont be booking again.

2 night stay. Clean, affordable and friendly staff. $17 for parking seems like a lot but other hotels charge more. Buffet breakfast is $14.95 per adult, which I think is fair. Manager / owner checked in on our arrival, I thought that was nice. As long as the prices dont increase we will stay everytime while visiting the falls.

We booked a wheelchair accessible room, we stayed in the same room twice. The first time it didn’t have handheld shower and to our surprise when we came back for our second trip, they did. Making it way more accessible. We love this hotel cause it’s usually very quiet, staff is very friendly, they don’t make parking an issue if you need to be close to the doors. If you are looking for a wheelchair friendly option, this has been by far one of the best we’ve received!
