Hotel near Sea World

Overall the hotel's location was ideal. The is within walking distance to Aquatica and Sea World. The hotel is very convenient. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious and offered a great view. The floors felt dirty as you walk around the room.

The parking is horribly limited. I paid $30 per night for parking but had to park on the other side of the property and walk back to my room because there was no parking spots available at all after dark. And the bathrooms in the villas need to be upgraded. The shower tiles and caulking were broken and needs to be replaced asap. Staff was nice but check-in line was long even with 4 staff at the counter the air was over. 30 mins.

So much potential

The experience was great personally. Not Amazing. Seems like the bigger properties lack something. In this case it was clearly, the leadership. The staff seems to be holding everything together by a thread. The management is no where to be seen in reality other than the FOH. Looks are amazing when entering. Then the properties features hit you.....!Wow! Very nice..but most check ins are at night and most family wont really enjoy the stay beacuse the purpose of visiting is to go out in reality and see the beauty that needs TLC, the property has So much potential to offer. But lacks attention....again Leadership. Especially during how many conversations, was that place busy!!!! With general staff, you have you're bad apples in a bunch or maybe not bad....but just not Hospitality sweet. But in this case that was about 10% over all, everyone else just great. Way to go. Very polite, courteous and again holding it together. You can see the help they need but again......leadership no where to be seen or Caring. I hope to see a change, upon our return. To stay in and enjoy the features offered.

Not what we expected, pool area would be much better if it was heated, it was extremely cold. Bar and food amazing though. It’s kinda like a motel vibe in all honesty.

Not sure if the main part of the hotel is more up to date, but the section we were placed in looked and felt like paint and a bandaid was how they renovated it. The “deadbolt” wasn’t tightened in place and wasn’t able to be used. The carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a few months. The showerhead and faucet was about to come out of the wall. Good thing we had hot water for the first part of the shower before it started cooling down. After paying so much for parking, we realized anyone could get into the lot since the security gate was open 24/7.

Wonderful stay

Great stay, close to pool and breakfast Buffett. Spectacular view of fireworks and drone show at Sea World next door. Friendly pool bar was also a treat.

I wouldn’t stay here again. When we arrived The outside of the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It’s old and run down. Check in was at 4pm and by 5pm we were told the room still had not been cleaned, so we couldn’t go to our room. By 6pm we were finally able to get our room keys. The pool was much smaller than the pictures. Paid $30 to park but could not find parking. The room in the tower was extremely underwhelming. Our shower water was not hot. The only thing that we enjoyed were the free cookies from the front desk. The Worst Hilton by far.
