Unsupervised teenagers everywhere

The hotel was beautiful, however the amount of unsupervised teens was so incredibly overwhelming and uncomfortable. I have never seen anything like it, there was a prom, and 2 other events happening and the pools and grounds were so crowded with teens, no parents in sight anywhere it was awful and not enjoyable or relaxing in the least.

Cleanliness and Room View

Upon arrival, I encountered a significant delay of approximately 45 minutes due to difficulties in locating my reservation, even with the reservation number provided. This was a very frustrating start to my stay. Additionally, I was dissatisfied with the condition of the room. The bathroom shower grout showed signs of mold, and the curtains in the room were visibly dirty. Furthermore, the room service did not consistently replenish essential supplies; on two occasions, we had to request additional toilet paper from the front desk, which should have been provided, especially considering there were four guests in the room. Finally, I feel the room description was misleading. I booked a "resort view" room, but the window overlooked the parking lot, which was not the view I expected. I believe a hotel stay at a Hilton should have been a better experience.

The room floors weren’t vacuumed, tables were dirty and the bathroom door wouldn’t close or when you could close it by slamming it would get stuck and hard to open. Water faucet in the tub was broke and the hot water didn’t work.
