This was a pretty bad experience. First off the room that we were first assigned had mold in it and smelled like mildew. Then we get transferred to a second room and there was a work with the door wide open about to start painting in the room. The staff was not sympathetic at all in fact told us that it’s the systems fault and it happens all the time. This is unacceptable! We finally got into a decent room after wasting two and a half hours. I have pictures of the mold and my sister has video of the second room. I would like to be contacted by Hilton about this.

Great place to stay. The only reason we’re giving this four stars is because the $30 parking fee was not advertised when we booked on hotels.com

Hotel was nice but the room was horrible for a Hilton. When you first walked into the room it smelled of mold and mildew. I needed to shower after traveling all day but the shower doesn’t drain properly and the dried concrete from what I assume is an old repair was quite sharp,so that was a waste of time. Next I went to brush my teeth and the sink didn’t drain either. The carpet, couch and bed had this weird dampness to it that felt disgusting. We tried turning on the heat to help but it just made things worse. Quite honestly the worst room I’ve stayed in. Also, why did the property keep the 120$ for any possible damages??

Rooms were clean and reasonably priced in Jan 2024. The room wasn’t ready when I got there which had my anniversary plans in a time crunch but everything turned out fine
