The sofa bed was very rough to sleep on. You could feel the wires from the frame. I didn’t appreciate the resort fees and parking fees you have to pay. I was also unaware that my card would be charged 150.00 dollars upon check in. You could hear so much noise from people talking loud and in the hallways and Suite cases being rolled up and down the hallways. Not to mention the kids running up and down. Not Satisfied at all

Clean and lovely, with friendly staff. Very useful to have a fridge and microwave in the room. We booked a suite with a double room and a sofa bed which had a sliding door for privacy which is great. And early access to Disney parks, with a free shuttle bus? What’s not to like! You need a code to get the shuttle for free- make sure to check before booking it!

The best thing about our stay was the location and the room size. But check in was slow, parking permit made me go back to the car, and worst of all, there was no hot water. A lady before us at the check in line was complaining about it, and the person at the counter basically treated her as if she didn't know how to operate a shower. Even I thought it was just an issue in her room. But once we got to our rooms (we had 2), I realized it was a hotel issue. When I contacted front desk and asked if they were aware there was no hot water, I just got back a "yes"... no excuse, no apology, nothing. It was not an inexpensive booking.
