Great location

Some amenities are shared between the three resorts Dolphin, Swann and Swann Reserve which is convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay at this location again.

Very nice hotel... this was our 3rd time staying and we like the location and the value they provide. Very nice pool area. Only one negative this time - you have to order your drinks and food around the pool on an app. Last time we were there that was not in place. They need to bring back LIVE people taking your order.

We were an ADA room (we did not request it), the shower water sprayed all over the floor and there was barely any water pressure. We also found a previous guest’s garbage (food) under one of the beds. Definitely not acceptable considering what we paid.
