The rooms smell strongly of tobacco and when asked the front desk if people are aloud to smoke they said they weren’t aware of the smell when it is clearly been brought to their attention previously. Just pay to get the odour remove , do t act like it’s the first time you hear about it! The rooms where not terrible but the smell made it awful specially when you are travelling with kids.

The hallway carpet badly and look dirty. The room was old looking floor in bad condition lights and Stands rusted, ceiling stained, coutch I would not even attempt to sit on. I think possibly a flood occurred in this room sometime ,

The stay was quite good. They had not received my reservation, but were quick to accommodate. Staff was friendly. Rooms and lobby were very clean. Close to food and stores. The only negative thing is the hotel and rooms are dated. They are starting to show the wear and tear from the years.

Told at check in that "the keys might work to access both the main building and the room." When asked for clarification we were told quite matter of fact that "the hotels keys sometimes work and sometimes don't its just part of the stay at this location....

Was the worst Travel Lodge I ever stayed in. First off they all say they have a pool and a hot tub, but they don’t say that it doesn’t work and it never has for years. The carpeting had cigarette burns and so dirty, and wet. It appeared the bathroom had been remodelled in the last century, but the bathtub was the original that’s probably 40 years old and very disgusting looking. A lot of the older hotels have kept up with paint and cleaning. This one has not.

The elevator wasn’t working for whatever reason. We heard a customer say “there’s a bunch of stuff in the elevator” (not sure what) then the staff member said “that’s why it’s out of order”. The pool wasn’t working either. Or room was good mnus there being not solid curtains, it only had shear ones which for privacy and to keep the sun out was not ideal.

When you walk into the hotel the first thing you notice is no AC in the common areas like the hallways. The smell of hot old hotel was not pleasant. We booked a specific room months in advanced. Paid for the room months in advance and when we checked in, the room was not available. The room we received was showing its age and had some broken items like trim and door handles. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The AC unit in the room is really old and only had a dial for cold or hotter. It was not on when we arrived so the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. It took at least a full day to get it to a reasonable temperature. Two days later the ac unit stopped working and the room got hot again. The pool was closed and looked like it not been used in a very long time. Our kids were disappointed since they love hotel pools. The included breakfast was so bad we went out to eat. The pictures show a waffle machine but that no longer exists. The eggs tasted strange and by the time I picked up the third dirty coffee cup I was too disgusted to trust eating anymore of the food. I used disposable cups because the coffee cups were really dirty. The front desk workers said there was nothing they could do about getting the wrong room and didn’t even try to come up with a solution. I asked if the manager was around to come up with a solution. I was told they were not in and try on Monday. I tried on Monday and they could not find them. This hotel is showing its age, avoid!!

Priblematic Hotel

Horrible stay. Moved 3 times. Booked room for 2, first room for 1, saggy pull out sofa, + double bed, aecond room had broken A/C, third room had broken door lock. Apparently, locks throughout hotel need to be foxed and problem has existed for years. Rugs are terribly dirty from the years of use.
