Our stay was nice..lol except when we got here we had to switch rooms after unpacking everything ? We went to leave our original room door didnt lock ..so we had to change rooms and pack everything back up.. but with a little inconvenience we went on with our night and enjoyed ourselves..

I paid extra for a King suite with soaker tub. It indicated in the description and pictures. I was given a room without one, then switched rooms. This one also didn't have one. Why am I paying extra for a room without the amenities listed?

Property was opened on July 3rd and is therefore brand new. Property was spotless, rooms were comfortable and spacious and several restaurants onsite. Thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to all

Rooms are great, but when it comes to food and convenience, the hard rock struck out. They made their market place fully automated, so you’re ordering from a screen, difficult to modify or ask for something simple. We had reservations at steak house, even though it was 2/3 full we were told that if we didn’t have reservations we would not be allowed to sit. We had 9:00 reservations, we got our soup and 5 min after soup was given to us our steak came, so we couldn’t even enjoy the soup. Asked for medium rare, came medium well, we sent it back, was then told that the “heat” said it was medium rare so they will make it rare. New steak came and was 2/3 bone or fat and had zero flavour. Casino was packed, happening.
