“Parking available” Is exactly the wording on the description. But actually it means parking is NOT included. When i came to the residence, i found out i need to pay for parking. So why “Parking available” is mentioned if you don’t have it! According to this example, it could be limousine available, it could be excursion available, it could be anything i can find in the market is available. Obviously, “parking available” is misleading and dishonest. I booked for two nights, and i paid for parking upon arrival. However, I can only pay one night for non-disclosure reason. So i paid anyway and go back to my vacation plan. The next day i went out in early morning and came back at 3pm. And i got a parking ticket $100 at 3:49pm. I talked to the attendant about this. And she talked like a lawyer and said it is written on the receipt that park until 11am. I ask if anything she can help to solve this situation. She said she cannot do anything because the parking is from the city of Ottawa. I need to call the city and nothing is responsible from Residence and Conference Centre! Residence and Conference Centre DON’T has parking. The parking is city parking. So that is why i cannot purchase two nights parking even though i booked for two nights. If they provide you the number to call limousine from airport, is that means limousine available? Absolutely NO! They don’t take responsibility or liability from that. So “PARKING AVAILABLE” is dishonest. I am going to tell everyone not go

We had stayed in a different wing last year and it was fine, but this visit was terrible. The condition of the room was disgusting, and the service to get checked in took over 45 minutes. Honestly, despite the reasonable price, never booking again. Felt so gross staying there, not worth it.
