I paid for a room and when I arrived there The reception was locked, as they close from 10 till 2pm and it was 11.30am. I wasn't able To pick up a key, for later as i wasn't going to be back till 9 PM and they shut at 8 PM. So the hours werent working for me so left and found another motel that had hours 7.30am to 9pm , no locked reception, people around all day like a normal motel...huntington motor lodge, BEYOND obliging. Maybe aspree is used for emergency homeless housing, rather than customers who pay to stay i had to ring an emergency number from a note on the locked door to ask if i could get a key as i had already paid and wouldnt be around at 2pm as i had a family function (hence being there) and was told no. I hope they let someone stay in my room for free that night seeing i had paid for it. Because they were so unhelpful i was out of pocket $150. Not the best 1st impression of palmerston nth i had hoped for.

Staff member very friendly. Room adequate although had trouble with tv. That got fixed quickly. But phone also didnt go. Grouting in shower was all discoloured. Toilet leaked causing a slip. Half a loaf of bread left presumeably by prevoous client left at top of cupboard.

Great location - staff very pleasant and helpful - supermarkets, takeaways green grocers all within Walking distance Room was very clean and great beds - also very quiet no noise from other units Great parking we will also stay here when we come to Palm Nth.

My advance communications with staff were very easy. My Room facilities were very extensive-ironing board ,hair dryer, suitable table for working on or a couple to eat at,. Vey clean and good quality toiletries. My relatives also were booked i -we all appreciated it.

Not a place I will stay again. Felt like I was being a nuisance on arrival and I went back to reception to ask for cleaning products as kitchen needed cleaning and the surfaces through needed dusting. The host moved me to another room which was marginally better, so I went to supermarket and bought cleaners. Every day there was something small not done eg, no hand towel or sugar. The worst thing were the drapes….did not block any lights, bed uncomfortable. Hate writing this type of review, but need to be honest.

One of the best motel in Palmy

Absolutely loved my stay at Aspree Motor Inn in Palmy! The room was big, super clean, and comfortable. The staff were amazing—especially the lovely lady at reception who went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed, including extra linen and great local info. A+++ service. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Thank you!
