Looks nice in the pictures....
I am a seasoned traveller and have stayed at many places of various types and ratings. I have NEVER stayed somewhere in Thailand that doesn't supply any bottled water or any hotel that has no wardrobe/table to store your luggage, and no fridge. Bathroom was spacious and presented well enough but soap only available. Room was made up several times without fresh towels, linen not changed for 4 days.
Not for me I'm afraid.

I'm sorry to see that some aspects were not met your expectation, especially with room amenities and facilities i.e. drinking water and other usual room amenities are not included in the basic services as this goes in line with the concept of being a value hotel. However, Your comments about linen quality is noted for further improvement.

Great staff! Great stay.
The Red Planet staff were absolutely fantastic & helped at any hour of the day with any questions or queries related to the hotel & surrounding areas. Rooms were small but had all we needed, inc free aircon, movies & a safe , would have preferred to have a wardrobe of some description as i ended up having to live out of my case. My ONLY downside would have to be the fact that the walkways to the rooms & lifts were not airconditioned or fanned in anyway as this made it rather uncomfortable waiting for the lifts & riding the lift to the top floor. Other than that I will most definitely be visiting again.
