My family and I really enjoyed our 5 day stay. I love that we booked through Expedia and received discounts throughout the resort , there were plenty of restaurants to accommodate everyone’s taste buds, and the customer service was wonderful.

Habia pocas opciones de comida, de los 6 dias que estuvimos 4 no ponian nada de proteína en el bufete, para reservar en algún restaurante nunca habia Lugar, fuimos un grupo de mas de 40 personas y todos estuvimos inconformes con la comida. La habitación solo ivan tendian camas y barrian, los pisos sucios. Ni una sola vez me cambiaron sabanas y se suponía que cada 3 dias ivan si es que yo no lo requería antes.

Food is horrible never been to a hotel with this poor food selection has very little protein selection only place that was to our expectation and has the best service was ZEN Japanese restaurant. Service to us was poor not what we expected mind you we were a group of 48 guests and all had the same opinion on this place

The Staff at the Expedia recepción in the hotel was excellent. Sadly the were food shortages, drink shortages, the rules at water park did not allow us to enjoy the fullest.

The food needs work, and staff needs training on the difference of meat options my first night I ordered room service because I came in late and they got my order wrong not once but twice that's frustrating needless to say I didn't eat that night . The next day at the cafe same thing turkey and ham doesn't look the same.

This is not a 5 star resort. The service is terrible, the food is horrible.. Trying to get into one of the restaurants is a nightmare.. I would never book this resort again..
