Clerk was on personal phone call when I was trying to check in and was rude. No elevator, no sitting area where the check in desk was, sleazy part of town, room floor had a sort of film on it (like the soap wasn’t cleaned off completely), and generally not clean.

Staff was rude and took forever waiting for someone to come to the check in area. Headed to our room which was not full cleaned only the beds made. The bathroom was disgusting and felt soo dirty over all. The location was terrible as nude and homeless people outside which made myself very uncomfortable and unsafe so I left the premises and didn’t even stay. Will NEVER BOOK THERE EVER!!

So after booking through Hotels.com and receiving my itinerary i was denied my room based on a non-disclosed fee/deposit apon arrival. Hotels.com and Evergreen Inn hustled me out of $59 with no stay. Cant get incontact with a real person from Hotels.com im very upset and disappointed. No indication of if or when ill see my money.
