Room was terribly small. The whole building made me feel like I was at a motel and not a holiday inn. Carpet was gross. Towels were so stiff. Couldn't get anyone on the phone when I tried to call back about the flowers I left behind. Checked out less than an hour before. But they did have two vanilla creamers with the coffee machine.

A young lady named Remi (sp.?) checked me in on 1.23.2026 and then when I went downstairs a little later there were no guests at the front desk, so we chatted for a while. The check in was flawless and we had a great chat. She is bright, professional and just a great person and the kind of person who well represents the hotel. Please tell her I said hello. Hotel was nice, but we left our car in the long term parking area! The whole reason we choice this hotel, And our window got mashed in! Don’t know when it happened was not notified that it happened, but they do have cameras! And was told that we have to make the police report! Why offer this service if you don’t care about you customers property! Happened some time between 1/18 and 1/26. Don’t offer it if you don’t check or care!
