The hotel itself was great, location to airport, staff and shuttle all excellent, my only concern was that I received email confirmations that gave me the wrong holiday Inn phone number, so it took a bit of jumping through hoops to find the number to call for the shuttle. I do not think that was the fault of the hotel staff but an issue that should be addressed

Immediately after leaving the motel I realized I left my favorite shoes in the room. The motel had been texting me during my stay. I texted the number about my shoes and no reply. I tried to call the motel but my call went unanswered several times. I filled out the lost item form on their website and still nothing…beyond disappointing!
