Dedicated bar area with bar sink and triple filtered reverse osmosis drinking water. Amazing ocean views from living room, bedroom and private penthouse veranda. Large master bedroom with plenty of built in closet and drawers, desk area, en suite bathroom with large tub and rainfall shower. Large windows with sunrise and ocean view every morning. Sounds of the ocean waves to sleep by. Large Guest bedroom with 2 queen size beds , natural light, built in closet and drawers, pleasant view and ambience of the neighbohood.
