Situated in a unique and beautiful mangrove forest, the resort has gone to great measures to incorporate as much of nature into their stunning design. Animals played freely in the trees and crocodiles in the ponds. Always something to see! The food was excellent. An attention to detail and we never ran out of options from going to all three resorts. The pools were immaculate and there were so many places to choose from on the property if you wanted a quiet place to chill or if you wanted the party scene. We tried it all depending on our mood. The staff were abundant and so kind. The resort was always being cleaned or fixed up, so many hands working to keep the place at its best. The golf cart shuttles were incredibly fun and really nice if you didn’t want to walk but we were also surprised how manageable the walking distance was between the resorts. As a family of 5 we appreciated that Ventus Ha had a room large enough to accommodate us all. The only thing I would have really loved was a free shuttle to Puerto Morelos as it’s so close. But we took advantage of the nice bike tour they offered to explore the town a little bit. All around a 5 star experience. Best resort we have stayed at hands down.

10 years now of coming to El CID and each time it has been amazing! We love all the great food from Kobo to the Dolores. The staff is always pleasant and inviting. Each property has its own feel and we finally experienced Ha in the new building. Everything was in bloom and it was a perfect time to see it.

Breathtaking resort hidden in Cancun

It's hard to explain all details here. All I can say, in my second visit to this place within 3 years, we have had a blast from entry point to exit. We stayed at building 30 in the Ventus Ha section, which is a new build. The rooms look upscale, the service smells exclusive , the pools are super clean and beautiful. Oh, the food is outstanding, they have 7 restaurants to choose from for dinner, and the buffets always offer a wide variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We would def come back in the future

We absolutely love staying at El Cid properties especially Ventus Ha, and Marina! The star is the best in the world. Food is amazing and constructed beautifully, while being filling and very healthy at all restaurants. The entertainment is amazing. We went to the fire dance show, the amazing taco night party with mariachi band and fabulous singers that we danced the night away with. The bartenders surprised us with healthy, unique drink options and ere so quick to serve. The marina pool and swim up bar was so fun with all the activities available and competitions with fabulous prizes. We were able to meet new friends from all over the world. It was always a great day and we were sad to leave today.

I recently stayed at Ventus Ha for a ten day getaway, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming an attentive, making the check-in smooth an quick. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, the bed was comfortable and the linens were fresh and clean. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water, coffee machine and well-stocked minibar. The hotel amenities were impressive, the rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-maintained and offering panoramic views. The dining experience was a spectacular, the breakfast featured a wide variety of options. The buffet and the restaurants served excellent dinners with both local and international options. Room service was prompt and the food quality was consistently high. Every staff member I encountered was courteous and eager to help. From the house keeping to concierge, service was consistently prompt and professional. My only final complaint will be the beach, if you are a beach person this resort will not be for you, it has beautiful pools that made up for the beach experience. I would definitely recommend Ventus Ha to anyone looking for a relaxing experience, great value, service and amenities provided.

My wife and I had an incredible seven-day stay at Ventus Ha. The service and food were amazing, and the amenities were great. Everyone we encountered was incredibly respectful and friendly. I would strongly advise against listening to negative reviews about reservations. We had no issues with that. The only negative I can mention is that I wasn’t a fan of the time-selling practice, but even our salesman was incredibly respectful and professional. Lastly, I want to recognize the exceptional service provided by Jose and Saul at Senses Bar, who made our stay truly memorable. Jesse and Jorge at the French restaurant also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. These four individuals exemplified the epitome of first-class hospitality.

The new ventus ha is a beautiful resort. It’s on the jungle side but walkable to the beach on the other side. The other hotels are a bit dated but still kept very clean. The staff is amazing! Overall great experience. I went solo, as an almost 40yesr old women there wasn’t very many people in my age range…so if your looking for more activities and night life this is not the hotel.

Our family of 5 (parents and three big kids aged 21, 18 and 15) had a fantastic stay at Ventus Ha. The resort is beautifully maintained, rooms are spacious and spotless, food is excellent and the service we received across all three resorts was outstanding. Before arriving, we corresponded by email with the resort on our group’s needs (extra bed in the room and dietary restriction). Alondra was very responsive to my (many) emails and took care of everything for us - very much appreciated! One person in our party has Celiac and requires a strict gluten-free diet, and this resort did not disappoint! Lots of gf options to choose from at every restaurant and they even had gf bread (cheese buns in the shape of hearts!) at each dinner meal. The staff took very good care of her gf needs and we felt quite comfortable and safe dining at all locations. They will also prepare you food options that aren’t on the menu… just ask! We asked at one of the restaurants to just have gf pasta with butter, garlic and Parmesan and they whipped it up in no time. Our absolute favourite restaurant for breakfast and lunch was A’akat, and we cannot say enough good things about the staff there - Jason, Osmon, Francisco… and others whose names escape me now. Top notch! We spent our evenings at the pool bar where Rusell made us beautiful and delicious special cocktails. He really made our trip extra special - thank you Rusell! If you are on the fence, just book! You won’t be disappointed!

First time to this property ,exceeded expectations the rooms were well above average, the grounds we beautiful day and night, many pool options could go quite or party or kids or adults only, food options were also plenty and again above average for an all inclusive resort.all the bars were good and consistent how ever Adrian at the waves bar was the best. If your on the fence about booking this resort it’s worth the price.

We had a great time. We loved the hotel and we would like to go back next year. All the staff were amazing and very helpful. The only thing that I would have loved was to be able to go to the restaurants. We could only go one night to one of the restaurants because at the check in they told us that they had no availability. And the buffet restaurant wasn’t really our favorite…

Property looks clean and safe. Couple things that I didn’t like is that all of the pools were cold, beech was rocky with a lot of see weeds. We paid for transportation to and from airport and driver wanted to pick us up 6hours before our flight saying he has other people to pick up from other resorts. So my advice would be go the Taxi route not this Expedia company.
