The hot tub looked in awful shape - lots of areas with surface peeling. They even have a printed notice in your welcome sheet to ignore the appearance of the hot tub, so they are clearly aware.
The biggest problem is the beds. I had checked into my room and was getting off my bed to take a shower when my foot was impaled by the sharp metal frame of the bed. The frame is hidden by the bed skirt, so it's impossible to see or even anticipate a sharp metal object is there. My foot was cut and bleeding and I immediately went to the front desk around to notify them of the issue. They offered me a band aid, but I wanted to talk to the manager. I was referred to Chris Burwell, the GM but he was never available as he was off site. I emailed him several times, but no response. I called his direct number, but it basically does not accept voicemails. So it seems that there is no way to contact him. Just horrible customer service.
Also the manager of the buffet is really mean. She just has a horrible attitude to all the guests. Berating them for showing up with 5 minutes to eat. Just horrible.
Needless to say this is quite alarming and dangerous, especially for my family with 2 young children staying with us in the room. Hopefully I won't get an infection from the rust.
