Our room was large, clean and the bathroom was nice with good shower pressure. Staff were lovely. The only downside was the lifts. As in many reviews the lines for the lifts were long and quite frustrating. We were on the 11th floor so I would have been happy using the stairs. I went into the stairwell and then couldn’t get out as all the doors are locked. Common sense is if the lifts are suboptimal open the stairwell for those that are able and happy to use.

The Swissotel is located in the heart of the CBD and a great place to stay.The rooms are clean an tidy, with plenty of room. My only suggestion would be that the covers on the bed need to be larger and warmer,we found that with two in the bed one of us was always lacking in covers at certain points in the night and we weren’t warm enough.

Room was dirty and not cleaned well, dirty teaspoons in drawer, old chip or food behind coffee machine, dust in drawers, I complained to front desk and simply said will get house keeping to look at it.
