Good staff, room was clean and big. Everything was excellent except for the toilet. It was not working properly. It didn’t work properly for my 3 days. Other than that everything was good.

The hotel is on the street. Anyone can pull into any of hotel parking space. So hard to park especially on weekend. Street parking can be taken by some homeless cars. There is no place to sit outside the room, it is right on the street and noise level is high. The streets can be busy plus sea breeze can bring beach dust to cover everything. The only good thing is the price... that seems to going up too.

The room had damages all over. The bedside drawing was missing a drawer. The bathroom had a window that could not be closed so there were dead bugs that got stuck in the ceiling light. Terrible experience I had to check out early and go to a different hotel.

There was a hole in the ceiling that dirtied the bathroom floor... Had to clean the bathroom several times. However, enjoy the price... Will continue to use the place; but it certainly is not perfect.

We got this place on a deal, which made it very worth it. Is it the best room you’ll ever stay at? No, but is it a great location with beach, Golden Gate Park and lots of food spots nearby? Yes it absolutely is and the staff members are nice and efficient.

Bedroom was reasonable, however bathroom area was in need of a remodel. Sink worn and rusty, toilet seat wrong size and broken, shower had areas of moldy grout and water damage on the outer wall of tub. We stayed there overnight the first week, returned the next week and we were assigned the same room. Bathroom floor had not been sweep or mopped, as there was still a hair scrunchy on the floor from the previous week. Very noisy!!! People upstairs had a large dog that barked through the night. These people must be day sleepers as they made noise all night long stomping across the floor in heavy boot, knocking the chair over numerous times, moving furniture around. I really thought they were doing construction all night long. I realize this problem is hard to control as you never know what kind of people you are going to get!!! Sleepless experience!!!

The beach access is great. Unfortunately the first night there was no working heat. The 2nd night we were provided a space heater. There was mold in the shower, and there were bugs in the room.

The room was dirty. There was sand all over the floor. The shower was broken and it took management sending someone to the room twice to get it fixed. The TV was on the wrong table and we just about fell over the cable that was stretched across the room just inside the door. I would not recommend that anyone stay at this Motel 6 .

Definitely a hidden mold issue in this room. You could smell at the moment you entered. Walking in the bathroom and turning on the light. I was greeted by a cockroach. There was flaking paints off the door frame. Overall, it's quite clear. There's a lot of deferred maintenance on this building and the roach was just a little too friendly for my life
