Despite booking our room over 6 months in advance and checking with them 3 days before we left from Sydney Australia that everything was okay we got a message on the way to the airport to say that they were overbooked and have moved us to another hotel. All our planning was done with us staying here so our travel plans were thrown into chaos. No return messages except the same one saying sorry we have overbooked the accommodation.

Well located and comfortable apartments . Staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely view from roof top . Apartment serviced each day. Basic but functional kitchen . We seated here as family of four- main bedroom very comfortable - our two teens slept on the sofa bed which wasn’t quite so comfortable for them - filtered water and laundry on site - would recommend

A lovely welcome from all the staff, fantastic location in walking distance to many attractions ( Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Restaurants, Lombard St, Cable Car, Coit Tower, Bicycle hire), a spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and and a great rooftop balcony with views. The reception area with hot and cold drinks, fruit and lounges and the chocolate tasting on the day we left was a very welcome additive. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to Fisherman's Wharf

Pros: Closeness to Fisherman's Wharf, a lot more comfortable than a hotel room.
Cons: Bigger bathroom
Location: 1 block to Fisherman's Wharf and Cannery building and restaurants. I can recommend visiting Muir Woods and Sauaslito
We enjoyed 2 days to The Suites at Fisherman's Wharf this week. The Suites is only 1 block, a very short 2 minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf, so a very convenient spot. The suites are spacious and comfortably furnished. The bathroom is small, shower over the bath. There is an internal courtyard which includes a computer and printer so you can print out airline boarding passes. Staff were very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable suite close to Fisherman's Wharf.

Pros: Nice shower pressure in the bathroom.
Cons: Needs more towel racks or hooks.
Location: Close to a lovely Japanese Sushi Restaurant. Also close to a bicycle hire store. Situated right on the Hyde Street cable car line.
Enjoyed staying at this hotel which is close to major attractions and public transport. Also close to small grocery store and not to far from a supermarket. Kitchen is well equipped and staff very helpful.
