Good location to airport. I’d love to give a better review but I don’t appreciate hidden fees. I was an hour early to check-in and even though the room was ready, I was charged for an early check in. Reviewing policies on the hotel website, late checkout indicates there will be fees, but no mention of fees for early check in. The policy actually makes me believe that a room. if available, will be offered. It does not state that a room if available will be offered but for a fee. I feel deceived by this property especially since they withhold information about their policies until you check in, then it seems a policy is made up on the spot.

Our check in experience ruined what could have been a great stay. The hotel emailed on the morning of the stay confirming check in time and offered early check in for an additional fifty dollars. We did not opt for this as we did not need it. We chose the scheduled 3pm check via the same link. We arrived at the hotel at 307pm we were greeted and given the keys. When we got to the room we were met by a very unpleasant house keeper who told us we need to “get out” your room is not ready. You will have to get a different room. That was not an option, we booked the “Presidential Suite” theres only one. That’s not to sound bougie it’s to be clear another room at the same rate was not an option. Went back to the front desk spoke with the person there. Who explained she did not know the prior guest checked out at 3pm… 4:39pm our room was ready… Why was this allowed? The hotel reaches out to you the morning of trying to up charge you for an early check in. When you pick their scheduled check in time they allow the previous guest to then pay 100 dollars extra to stay until 3pm and not notify the incoming guest the room will not be ready. Other than the scam that is check in/out, it would have been an ok stay near SFO nothing fancy, the facility is well kept and clean. The walls are very thin though, can hear everything in the next room and above No credit was offered to us for the inconvenience after a 17hr flight. Yet the hotel received extra money to inconvenience us.

What a charming spot - the plants and outdoor curtains give a lovely vibe to the property! The room was super clean, with a very comfortable bed and amazing pillows. Very safe for female solo travellers, as there is no way to access the outer room doors without a passkey and the parking lot is very well lit. About an 8 minute drive to the airport. Will definitely stay again next time we are in San Fran!

the check in and booking process easy, the hotel was stunning. Once we got to one of our rooms, the bathroom stunk really bad. smelt like the shower drain. when i asked the front desk i was handed febreeze for the bathroom… and complained about me asking for maintenance due to our bathroom door not opening. Later there was another women at the front desk, she was very rude. she kept bringing up how she has the right to call the police if we get a noise complaint and rubbing it in our face when we hadn’t received a single complaint that night, she also mentioned someone complaining of a group of guys in the hallway and felt the need to remind us there was no smoking allowed. We booked a room for up to 6 people and they expect us to not be in the parking lot for 10 minutes? we weren’t disturbing anyone and there were other people smoking in the middle of the parking lot IN FRONT of the lobby and the receptionist felt no need to talk to them. I definitely feel the customer service needs MAJOR work. Also side note, if adults 18+ are not allowed to book please change the website, this is false information if expedia tell me check in age is 18.
