Staying at the Millwood was great. I was easy to check-in and the rooms were to be expected. It is super convenient to get to SFO airport and only took me 5 minutes in the morning which is the biggest plus.

Exceeded my expectations
Excellent location in a safe neighborhood close to gas stations, pizza parlors, Chinese restaurants, Starbucks, and most importantly, a skip and a hop from San Francisco International Airport; 20 minutes to SF Embarcadero, Civic Center area, and 30-40 minutes to Redwood City and Stanford University, you get a lot for the value at the Millwood. Free parking is a major plus. Complimentary breakfast has many offerings though I wish the scrambled eggs were warmer. Hot coffee (grounds from Philz Coffee) was tasty and hot. My room was spacious and clean. Mattress was firm and comfortable. Heater worked and kept me toasty in the room. Everything was in good working condition and the interior appeared to have been renovated and well maintained. I would definitely come back to this hotel again.
