No elevator, no toilet paper, no sundries or soap, HVAC only had the fan work, nothing else, no chair for the little desk, broken luggage support, no outlet not in use that was easy to reach, no water bottles, 2 pillows, Lombard street traffic pretty loud, parking, but limited (not for all units.) But good location, and pretty cheap. You get what you pay for.

If you’re looking for a cheap alternative, this is the place. It’s in a great area with lots of restaurants and nightlife. But when it comes to the motel, very poor service. I was there for four days three nights with three family members and we only had two towels to shower. I asked to have the trash cleaned out and extra towels and never receive clean towels and the only reason they took the trash out was because I left the trash cans outside of our room, you could also tell the cleanliness by licking that your socks. Floors were disgustingly dirty. Linens were clean, but had holes. Just think you guys should know.
