Mixed bag

Front desk attendant in the late afternoon and evening ignored me on two different occasions because she was busy on her personal iPad and wouldn't look up when I approached and stood right in front of her or when I said "hello" twice. I had to say excuse me twice before she looked up and stared at me. Didn't ask what I needed or wanted; just stared. Oddly she was polite enough once I asked my questions. It was very offputting and awkward. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable. I reserved a two queen bed room and were upgraded to a huge king suite but it only had one bed and a sofa bed. The hotel is very convenient to access the airport but does not have a shuttle. The building is beautiful and so are the rooms but the windows definitely need upgrading as ours near the sofa bed leaked a lot and did not keep the street and airport noises muted at all.

Love this place. A 30 minute drive from San Francisco but much more affordable. Very clean, safe, and comfortable. Just wish the in room lighting was a little brighter, at least in the bathroom.

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel and last. Service was poor, continental breakfast was just ok the only thing they offer you are self made waffles and that’s if you’re ok with eating breakfast and having flies all over the dining area. Internet was a joke.

We stayed for 4 days and chose this location because it was close to San Francisco without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The staff were amazing. Helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. The free breakfast was an unexpected plus as well.

The property is well maintained and convenient location to the airport. Only negative is the noise factor from the airplanes flying over and the mattress was very lumpy and soft.
