Check-in was smooth, and thoughtful! We had reserved a king room that apparently was on the 3rd floor, but the desk clerk noted our large suitcase and carry-ons and offered us an upgrade to a suite on the first floor since there are no elevators. Kudos to the gentleman and thank you!
