Do NOT stay here. The door lock was broken when I arrived, the TV didn’t work, and there were ants by the sink. The room came with only 1 fork and 3 knives for 2 people, and I was told I couldn’t get more utensils because I “didn’t have a full kitchen.” “Room service” is only by request (never mentioned when booking), and the front desk was rude and dismissive about basic things like towels and pillows. I only got them after going to the manager—who staff even lied about, saying he wasn’t on site while he was sitting in the lobby. The room itself looks okay, but the service is awful and dishonest. Save yourself the headache—stay somewhere else.

El espacio en el cuarto bueno y con buena vista. Al abrir la pluma de la bañera tenía un liqueo que mojaba todo el piso de afuera. La plancha de ropa no servía. El parking muy confuso para llegar hasta el hotel. Se notó poco personal, aunque fueron amables.

Accessing the property was confusing and outside of the property smelled terrible, like fecal matter. There was a pool of mystery water outside the hotel , I suspected it was sewer water and at some point it turned neon green. There isn’t any hot breakfast. My room did not look like the photos. I stayed for 5-6 nights and room service barely came by. The pillows were extremely flimsy and uncomfortable. The internet barely connected at times, so things were slow. Staff members were extremely welcoming and the room was huge which I did like. If you want somewhere to just lay your head at night and you need the bare minimum, this may be the hotel for you but if you want a quality experience definitely don’t come here.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel had a beautiful view of the bay and you could hear the coquís singing at night. We also liked that we were walking distance to a lot of places. The only downside was what I believe was a plumbing issue where sewer water was running outside one side of the hotel. We stayed a week and didn’t see it get fixed, although we heard that’s more on the infrastructure of the island than on the hotel itself. Our room was good, though the carpet could had used some vacuuming prior to our arrival.
