We found rust stains on the carpets, our feet were black and sticky from walking on the floor. There was a pacifier and a sock found on the floor when we came into our room. The only pros was the ease of the checkout and the view from the balcony.

Perfect location near to Viejo San Juan, Uber no expensive to Condado and downtown Viejo San Juan... many places at walking distance. Great view and beaches near by. Just a discasting

People were not very pleasant, we asked for an extra pillow and they were being ride about it. housekeeping came very early and when we told them if they could come back later they gave us attitude and just left towels and did not came back for the 3 night we were there.

This hotel is a bit dated, but provides an excellent location to get to most anything. The rooms are very spacious. Free breakfast if you dont leave to early.

The staff was very friendly but me and my family booked this for the week and we had a few issues the first day the water was clogging up and sitting in the bathtub. We asked multiple times if we could have housekeeping come up and each time no one came.The area where the hotel is a great location just wish the stay was a little better.

Elevator wasn’t working. Sliding doors to patio didn’t open & shut well. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Phone doesn’t work at front desk. Beautiful views of the ocean and city. Seen several sea turtles every day from our balcony.
