Hotels with Air Conditioning in Santa Monica

I checked in after 5:00 PM, left my belongings in the so-called “private” room, and went out to dinner and to watch the hockey game. When I returned after 9:00 PM, I found someone else staying in the room with all of my personal items still inside. Why the other person did not question the situation, I have no idea. Thankfully, nothing was missing. I immediately reported the issue, and the person at the front desk was very helpful and said he would provide me with a full refund. I came downstairs upset and said a few things out of frustration, and to their credit, they could have asked me to leave, but the staff understood the situation and provided me with another room. Again, the staff was very nice and handled the situation professionally, but after this experience, I will not be staying there again. Thank you, and good luck.

Very nice but had no business center. Needed to find a new airline to return home after Spirit shut down during our vacation. Very difficult to do from my cell phone and spotty service
