The staff were not very friendly. The hotel was very run down. I didn’t feel that this was a safe neighborhood at all. Definitely won’t stay here again.

Checking in was terrible even though our reservation was made ahead of time. We arrived from the airport at 12:30am… we were told that the internet was down and they couldn’t check us in with no expected time to be able to check us in. HOW DOES A HOTEL NOT HAVE A DOWN TIME PROCEEDURE!?! especially for reservations made ahead of this outage I can understand new guests. Around 2:40am we were able to finally check in. Lobby, hallways and stairs seem a little outdated but the room was modern the beds were comfy and clean. Pillows were great too. Room had plenty of towels too which we appreciated
