Shuttle was easy to access and right on time. The room was immaculate and we got 2 quiet nights sleep. Great price combined with the continental breakfast when staying in the Seatec area I highly recommend this property!

This a shabby hotel. We stayed for one night. There were safety issues, like windows that opened far enough that a child could fall out, and a sharp broken tile by the tub that could cause a bad cut. The breakfast was pretty pathetic, too.

I guess you get what you paid for. Property is outdated. Rooms are showing its age. Bathtub floor is strangly spongy like there's a hole under. Lots of " strange" people in the hotel. Dont be fooled by the free breakfast trick. Some crappy coffee and old bread. I was tricked so dont you be.

Poor receptionist

That Indian lady at the front desk that works in the evening is so unaccommodating, does not listen, does not seem to know her job and very irritated when talking to us as guests. Towels and other toiletries were not supplied sufficiently even when you asked the front desk. Will never go back there.

The room was pretty clean if a little run down, and the staff was friendly, but there are bright lights all around the outside of the hotel, with lots of outside noise and inside noise. Walls are super thin!

We were here for a day stay as we had a 10 hour layover between flights. It's an older hotel but it was very clean, comfortable and made it a better way to pass our time between flights. The staff were very friendly and courteous.
