Good for the location (1 night only and it close to the airport), the free shuttle was helpful. The beds and bathroom were clean. However behind the nightstand was a crumpled up napkin and plastic cup.

Pubic hair in bathtub rim, poor repair, 80's furniture w/drill holes left open, not filled, paint peeling above tub, chipped floating floor, just ugly. Rang front desk 8 times before they answered. Yet, still never picked us up. After 1½ hr wait we (us and others) paid for transportation. Breakfast minimal, all starch -Oranges. Good coffee, comfortable beds, nice bathroom mirror. WAY way overpriced. REGRET REGRET REGRET.

The accommodations were fine for one night prior to going on a cruise. However, this is not a place for more than 3 days. Their landscaping makes the place looks abandoned. They have to work on appeal. Breakfast was all carbs. Thank God for oranges. Bed was very comfortable and clean. KUDOS to the cleaning crew. The modern mirror lacks luminous lighting. It doesn’t serve its purpose. There is a gap on the room door of 0.5 approximately that allows anyone to look into the room. Shuttle- It does s available. However, it took an hour for the shuttle to pickup.

Clean and reasonably comfortable room in a convenient location. The airport shuttle service worked well. Breakfast choices were very limited and not very good. WiFi was poor; it was impossible to access it from the room desk, and only by positioning a device next to the room door could even a weak signal and slow transmission be received.

Let me start by saying the staff we interacted with was outstanding. All kind and helpful. They’re the only reason this hotel received 1 star. The photos of this hotel are not accurate. Some photos are taken in a way to hide the actual condition of the room - such as the bathroom. The room we stayed in did not look like the images, at all. Our room screamed “roach-motel.” The ants in the bathroom sink didn’t help. Additionally, we walked down the street to get food and when we came back we noticed a street sign that said “designated area of high prostitution” so there’s that too…..

So I was gonna leave how I was happy with the Lack of a Full Hot Breakfast.. No I'm not Spoiled but i read thru serve a Full Hot Breakfast which is why... I decided to Book my Stay here.. Heating up Frozen Waffles wasn't pleasant... they're was no Eggs & Sausage.. but they had everything else Toast, yogurt, Coffee.. packs of Oatmeal. But forget all that because this is what put the Cherry on the Cake.. I Fly on Standby and whatever Events are happening Currently.. there where no flights to get me anywhere. I didn't want to sleep in the Airport, been there done that. I went and asked can i stay another night & the nice young lady with the Pink hair helped me. She was so Sweet & so kind as i was upset in tears. She rebooked me and now I'm comfortable in my room leaving them this Review. THANK YOU i will come back because the Service was 5 🌟
