We found it very difficult to get the hotel shuttle to pick us up, meaning we had to wait ~40mins for a 5 minute drive. However the hotel is in a good location, very close to the airport which was handy when we came in late and checked out early.

Nice place for a quick stay for a boat cruise or airport stop. They have transportation to and from SeaTac without a fee. They offer shuttle to the ship piers for about $25 per person. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the staff was nice and friendly.

The shuttle service is fantastic, but the property is pretty run down and was understaffed. The breakfast options are limited but seemed fresh. The TV in one of our rooms kept randomly shutting off and when we asked for assistance, nobody knew what to do (it was new and they didn't understand the technology).

We checked in late. Water in 1 sink did not work, shower had no pressure to wash hair. Couch Pullman bent, uncomfortable. Maintenance not available until morning when we were to check out. Reservation came with breakfast, only toast available. Staff denied ever speaking with me to Expedia rep and offered zero compensation.

I liked that I was able to sleep through the whole night, that is almost never at other places. What I did not like is that the elevator floor was very sticky, like drinks were spilled not mopped for a while.
