Terrible.

Bathroom had mold. Plastic(whatever the bathtub is made of) decay. Flooring had air pockets everywhere. Pool is disgusting. Hasn’t been cleaned in a while.

Good stay if you want to save some money. Not the most clean place, and limited in terms of public transportation. We would have to uber to the transit centre to take a bus, or walk the 40 minute walk or so. Otherwise, it was what we expected.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. First of all it's actually a motel, maybe a step above an hourly rate place. It's filthy, the pool doesn't work, the laundry doesn't work, there are random homeless people walking around the lot screaming. Worst of all, the hot water in my room didn't even work. Because of that I had to cut my stay short, and I'm still fighting for a refund for the unused days. There's more, there are signs everywhere telling you to lock your car, and they're not responsible for break-ins. So obviously break-ins are a problem. Also sign saying drug use is not allowed, so obviously drug use is a problem. I believe I saw a drug transaction in the parking lot, but I can't be sure what was being passed. I'm not picky. All I needed was a place to sleep and shower for my stay in Washington. With no hot water I couldn't even do that. Stay here at your own risk. If you're traveling alone, and don't need to shower, this may be the place for you. You would have to be out of your mind to bring your family here. I don't even know why Expedia has a relationship with this establishment.

Was booked here and the photos do not match the condition. Saw a drug deal go down in the parking lot and hotel smelled like drugs. Stayed ten minutes and after getting looks like we didn't belong in our clean new rental 300s, booked a motel 6 for a 10x upgrade. Also, no breakfast options if we did stay.

The hotel condition was horrible: bad smell, blood on the walls, sperm on the carpet, poor light, cushions instead of pillows on the bed, no even water available, poor lights and rude agents. When checking in, the front desk man gave just one key and next morning a woman in the shift charged a lost key fee saying her mate gave two keys and just gave one. She wasn’t there the night before and my husband asked her to call her coworker to confirm he just gave one key and she said NO because she knew him and knows how he works, so she decided to charge us from the deposit. And of course the room wasn’t like the pictures when we booked it.

The check in was nice, the man at the counter was amicable and told us everything we needed to know. Our hotel had a distinct motel smell, was uncomfortably warm throughout the night, but was clean and safe. I would stay here again.

The bed away from the window was very uncomfortable. You sit at the headboard and it is really not stable feeling. The room was clean could be updated. But it was clean. It worked for my one night stay.

We did not stay at the hotel. Booked 5 rooms called day prior to ask about shuttle. When we arrived to seattle i got a voice mail canceling all 5 rooms. We were left without rooms for our family before our cruise. Called the hotel lady was mean and unhelpful.

The reviews when I booked were decent and so I went in expecting a decent booking, but the room smelled of cigarettes, the property had trash littered all over, the walls are paper thin, the sink and toilet didn’t even look properly cleaned, and the bed was uncomfortable. Oh, also there was a huge wolf spider in the room, so that’s a no.

It is what it is, I rated 2 star, and I don’t believe that they would argue. The staff were excellent though, but they couldn’t do anything about the rest. No maid service, I was there for 3 weeks, with no change of sheets or towels. I asked. Washing machines were broken. I asked to borrow a broom to sweep my room and got one, but no dust pan. The ceiling about my bathtub sprung a huge leak. This was on a Friday. They could not fix/repair until Monday until the maintenance man was back. Not much positive feedback, but the staff were good, and tried. You get what pay for.

I give it 2.5 stars. I read the reviews and saw lots of good ones so I booked it. This could have just been my room and experience. First off. I want to say the staff was great at check in. But be aware it has hours for the lobby and check in are closed after 10 pm. There was a day where lobby wasn’t open until after 4 pm. Room was tidy but definitely not clean. I don’t mind being at an older motel but my room was run down. Punch marks in the ceilings and walls floors mopped but a residue or something left on the floor. A little mold on the shower curtain. Bed was comfortable. But I used my sleeping bag. No bugs or I didn’t see any except for an earwig in the shower. They painted but the paint job was beyond rushed. Some after hour activity’s on the go in the area. But that’s everywhere now a days. I probably would have been a little more cautious if I had my kids and went somewhere else. But it was just me. People above me sounded like they were going to come down on top of me. But they could have just been loud. It’s also used for housing. Just not as a motel. You can rent weekly and monthly. I mean it’s not the worse. But you definitely get what you pay for. So just be aware. Place was full to capacity so there are filling the place.
