This is our 3rd time staying at The Pullman. It’s in a great location with views of Hyde Park and the city. Extra social from the roof top pool. The buffet breakfast is very good, the staff are lovely and helpful and the hotel is clean. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Pullman was good but not excellent. The location is nice, close to the metro/ train / hop on hop off bus line. But the housekeeping was poor, and just overall not bad but also not great! I would not choose to go back.

The pool is freezing; the spa is full of chlorine; bathrooms are old; tv wasn't a smart tv even though it says it is, so limited with in room entertainment for the kids; they have a lollie bar for kids and the lollies are disgusting; the cleaners are nice and do a good job.
