⸻ Booked this hotel based on its 4-star rating and appealing photos, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t match expectations. Upon arrival, it felt more like a 2-star—maybe a 3-star at best. The property is very dated and lacks basic amenities. Housekeeping provides only two very small bars of soap (about the size of a quarter), which is clearly insufficient for a family of four staying five nights—you constantly have to ask for more. There was no room service available during our stay, as we were told via text that they were fully booked. Hot water was inconsistent, and when we brought it up, we were told it happens when too many guests are showering at the same time. The pool was frequently closed for maintenance, which was disappointing. Breakfast service was slow, and at one point they even ran out of plates. To top it off, the hotel bar closes at 9 PM, which is quite early for a property advertised at this level. There are many other issues I could mention, but overall, this stay was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here—save your money.
