Bathroom had hair and blood in it, pillows on bed were tiny, when the adjoining room used their shower the pipes in the walls made an extremely loud groaning and vibration that was terrifying and sounded like the wall was going to collapse. The neighbors showered at 1am and 3:30am so I was awoken by the pipes at those hours. Our heater made a sound like a chainsaw being used outside so we had to turn our heat off to sleep and it was freezing. Breakfast supposed to be 6am-10am but staff cleaned it up at 9:06am so my kids and I were all hungry. To top it all off the cost to rent a movie was $25. I had 5 hours of driving ahead of me after this hotel stay and I went into it exhausted and hungry. Worst hotel experience of my life and I’ve stayed at some pretty bad hotels so that’s really saying something. Do not stay here.

The staff was amazing and so helpful. They answered all questions and even when i got there at 930 pm they greeted us so cheerfully! In the morning my key card wasnt working for the gym and they came up and opened it for me

The room was fair except microwave was not working... and Im sorry to say but the front desk staff was not friendly and with attitude as if we were bothering them. We asked for toilet paper and in general front desk staff should be more pro client satisfaction it makes a huge difference . Restaurant staff during.brakefast a pleasure nice friendly and curtious. Big thank you.

The breakfast was edible at best. I can handle the reconstituted scrambled eggs, but the previously fried and rewarmed eggs were like hockey pucks. Also, the waffle maker was about impossible to flip over. As far as the room goes - the bed was really hard. Probably more of a personal preference but it felt like I was sleeping on a slab of lumber. The room was rather cold, even though we turned up the thermostat. Anywhere by the window was very cold and there were no extra blankets in the room. Hotels usually have at least one in the closet. The coffee in the room was terrible. I took 1 sip and dumped the rest. And finally, I'm not sure how often they change out the bathroom "amenities", but there was a makeup removal cloth there that I opened and used one evening. As I was wiping it on my face I realised it was so old that it literally smelled like vomit. Took me forever with hot water and soap to wash that off my face and hands. Truly disgusting. All in all I was quite disappointed. We've stayed at La Quinta Inns before and were pleased but it will be a long time before we return.

Room keys not activated, had to go back to main desk from 6th floor. No housekeeping. Leaves in lobby. Constant wet floor. Nasty reps at front desk, with only one exception - wish I knew his name. $5.00 for bottled water????? NEVER AGAIN!!!
