La habitación estaba bien,el baño pequeño pero con todo lo necesario. no tiene aire acondicionado, el control del ventilador estaba fijo en la pared. La alfombra necesita una renovación urgente. Y quien hace la limpieza tiene que poner más atención en los rincones, la alfombra estaba gris de polvo en las esquinas. El servibar hace mucho ruido. Con un poco de esmero estaría perfecto . Ruidoso pero bien

The location was easy to get to and I liked the self check in, they could have used slightly more detailed instructions on how to activate the door keypads and where in the app to message to checkout. But otherwise the room was great.

I liked the location and the ease of geting to public transport quickly and the range of cafe's bars and resteraunts within a few minutes walk. I disliked the code acess, I struggled when I first arrived getting the hang of it and also felt as it took a while to unlock the building unsafe in the evenings as a solo female. When I checked in my room wasn't cleaned fully and felt quite un hygenic with dirty benches and side tables and a non vaccumed room. I found room service hit or miss, I asked on check in if my room could be vaccumed and when I arrived back only the door area was done, they wouldn't come in every day a few days I was missing towels and I had to request a full room clean, the bathrooms were quite dirty too. The rooms were very loud outside noise and visitors in other rooms. Having no staff was hard as I feel voicing concerns weren't taken as seriously over text as they would have been I feel in person.

We had a wedding in the botanical gardens, came back to the hotel after. Easy checkin, nice interiors. Bed was kind of small and not very comfortable. Shared bathroom was clean and modern. Parking was a little tricky but we managed! For the price, it was overall a pleasant quick stay :)

The room was really clean, comfortable and spacious. Excellent value for money. The shared bathroom was tiny but very clean and easy to access. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and it’s an easy 30 min walk into town. Parking can be tricky because there is no onsite parking and street parking is limited to 2 hrs during the day. We were lucky enough to snag a park right out front for overnight which is unlimited. The check-in process is easy but you have to do it all online. There’s no check-in facility at the property. Support is a phone call away though and they responded really quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this property for a budget stay in Sydney.

Not going to lie. This place was pretty crappy. Unfriendly staff, dirty room and bathroom. Bathroom hardy big enough to move. No soap, not enough toilet paper. Dodgy finishes from recent-ish renovation. Our door lock didn't work, so anyone could just walk in. So many texts and email notifications to welcome us and tell us how excited they are to have us as guests, then treat us like sheep when we arrive. Tried to pay for late check-out on a Sunday, and they couldn't be bothered responding.

Can highly recommend right in the heart of Kings Cross and Potts Point – close to all the area has to offer. Stayed in a double balcony room which was perfect and enjoyable. Five out of five stars and a great place to stay while in Sydney.
