Located in the Sydney suburb of Roselands, our house offers a spacious and comfortable layout with easy access to shops, cafes, train stations, and the airport. It's perfect for groups of friends, couples, families, or business travelers seeking a convenient and relaxing retreat in Sydney.

The house is just a short walk from Roselands Shopping Centre, Lantern Club, Bennett Park, and both ALDI and Coles supermarkets. Getting around is a breeze – the bus stop is only a 5-minute walk away, with easy connections to Narwee and Punchbowl stations, and it's just a 20-minute ride to Sydney's CBD and International Airport.

* No parties or events allowed. Please keep noise levels down after 10 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors.

* Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.
* We reserve the right to request IDs and a deposit from all guests prior to check-in for security purposes.

Extra Guests:
We provide linens and towels based on the number of guests in your booking. An additional fee will apply for extra guests, depending on the number of people staying.

In Australia’s tropical climate, it's common to encounter harmless bugs and spiders. While we do not offer cancellations for this reason, we are always available to assist you. Pest control is carried out every 6 months, but small insects may still appear unexpectedly.

Booking Policies for Third-Party or Long-Term Bookings:
For bookings of more than one week or third-party bookings, please send us an inquiry first, as we do not accept instant bookings. A refundable deposit and an additional weekly cleaning fee will be required, based on long-term booking conditions and the duration of the stay.

We do not accept bookings from guests under 21 years old due to previous complaints from neighbors about misconduct and violations of house rules.

The house needs inside a upgrade. I do not mind the cameras around the house but the one at the swimming pool felt like a invasion if privacy.

Overall the place was okay. The check in time was supposed to be 3pm. When contacting owner cleaners had not finished and was told it wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes. We arrived just before 4pm and cleaner was still not finished so had to go to the mall to wait until 4.30 when we returned. It would have been ideal to have bins lined with liners before our entry. Some of the bed linen had stains on it which could probably do with replacing. Nice quiet area which was appreciated.

Nice home.

I loved that the homestay had great facilities like a swimming pool and a self-serve laundry, which made our stay very convenient. However, the only issue was that the air conditioner in one of the rooms was not working. Overall everything is great.
