Our room was clean and spacious with ample amenities including a well-equipped kitchenette. The room had plenty of storage options, a safe, desk, iron and ironing board and balcony, while the bathroom was also generous in size. Reception staff were friendly and helpful as were those in the breakfast dining area. Great location and an easy walk to Darling Harbour, public transport, scenic attractions, shopping and dining options. The room was great, clean spacious and the kitchen was well equipped, nice space on the balcony and the bathroom even had a makeup station which was great! Staff at the front where great at check in, however when I requested a late check out (which was 4 days in advance) I was told, yes should be fine, we can tell you in the day, then at 7am day of check out I was told, sorry we are already at capacity for late check outs.. whilst this didn’t effect our overall stay, it did our final day staying there. Breakfast was great every morning, always plenty, great variety and fresh. Will be great when the pool is finished, the gym could do with a good clean up.
